Obama Using Unconstitutional Measures to Ban Guns

Gun-ControlIn another bold move, President Obama informed Congress and the American people that he and he alone will decide which laws coming to his desk are constitutional or not.

Just before Christmas, Congress passed its $1 trillion spending bill.  Contained in that bill was a measure that forbids the National Institute of Health from using any of their funds to ‘advocate or promote gun control.’  When Obama signed the spending bill, he added a provision of his own which says,

“I have advised Congress that I will not construe these provisions as preventing me from fulfilling my constitutional responsibility to recommend to the Congress’s consideration such measures as I shall judge necessary and expedient.”

If you have carefully listened to Obama over the past three years, it will become obvious to you that in his provision that he is telling Congress that he will determine what is constitutional and what is not.  He will decide what will and what won’t be signed into law regardless of what Congress or anyone else says or does.

The reason Congress placed their provision in the spending bill was to prevent President Obama from using federal money or a federal department to push his agenda for gun control. They took this measure because the National Institute of Health has been actively producing one study after another that denounces gun ownership and the need for the elimination of guns in all homes, especially those with children.  These studies have been funded with federal monies and Congress was trying to put a stop to it.

The use of the NIH to promote gun control is not the only example of the Obama administration’s use of a government agency in the President’s war against the Second Amendment.  In the investigation following the Fast and Furious program, correspondence between employees of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) indicate that part of the purpose behind the illegal supplying of arms to the Mexican drug cartel was to help manufacture a case to support gun control.  In the wake of the federal gun debacle, a new gun registration law has been enacted on the four states that border with Mexico.  The new law requires any gun dealer to register and report the sale of two or more semi-automatic rifles to any US citizen within a five day span.  This includes many hunting and target rifles.

The new federal gun law imposed on the border states was not the result of an act of Congress, but rather a mandate that came directly from the BATFE, which ultimately came from Attorney General Eric Holder and most likely from King Obama himself.

Obama is not above using any means possible, constitutional, legal or not, to push his own personal agenda to disarm the American people.  He has already pushed for the release of government propaganda declaring that any home with children is unsafe if there is a gun in the house.  (I would recommend that Obama and his puppets read How to Stop Home Invasions? 12 Gauge Shotgun!).  He has also used the illegal Fast and Furious program to push for stronger gun control.

His motive is to completely disarm the American people to make it easier for him and his progressive masters (George Soros for one) to take control of the nation.  Hitler did it in Germany, Mussolini did it in Italy and the Soviets tried to do it in Russia.  However, there are far too many guns in the hands of private citizens for Obama to feel too confident in his dictatorial take over.  His only hope is to continue to fill the military with his homosexual supporters, driving out good men and women, and to take away all guns from private citizens.

I would highly recommend that anyone who values and cherishes our Second Amendment right to bear arms to carefully watch what the President does this year, especially if the polls indicate that he does not have a lock on re-election.  If for some reason he does get re-elected, I expect to see Obama ignore the US Constitution and eliminate the Second Amendment and ban all private ownership of firearms.  This is why it is so important to make sure that Obama does not get re-elected.

Does anyone really believe that we would be able to revolt against the US military with our rifles and handguns? Yeah, the government wants to disarm you so they can take control. I knew Fox was feeding y'all some fear-based propaganda, but c'mon conservatives, use a little critical thinking here. Maybe then others will take you seriously.

History Repeats Itself: Look Out For These Gun
    Legislation Proposals:

    I
    n 1994, a Congressman proposed forcing
gun stores to sell only “biodegradable ammunition” with a 1-year shelf-life
stating—in case of insurrection, sold ammunition accumulated by people would
become useless within 1-year. Then someone pointed out forcing biodegradable
ammunition on the public would open the door for foreign black-market
ammunition to be sold in the U.S.

    In 1994, the U.S.
Justice Department under Attorney General Janet Reno proposed introducing
legislation that would allow U.S. Government “summary forfeiture” of
alleged unregistered firearms in order to bar gun owners from being able to
prove their confiscated weapons were legally registered or did not come under the
“technical definition” of a gun that must be registered. DOJ intended to
eliminate government’s high costs of forfeiture proceedings. The Reno Justice
Department’s proposed gun legislation included the words “premises containing
illegal weapons” written like illegal drug asset forfeiture laws. Immediately
gun owners expressed concern the words “premises containing illegal weapons”
could open the door for DOJ to criminally or civilly forfeit gun owners’ homes
since most gun owners keep their guns inside their house. Had this legislation
passed, it was foreseeable Americans would be afraid to keep guns in
    their home on their property.

    Lookout for
similar proposed federal ammunition laws that (mandates purchased ammunition be registered.) Citizens caught possessing unregistered ammunition could
be prosecuted; have their vehicle or home forfeited if that is where government
    found unregistered ammunition.

Obama reminds me more and more all the time of such dictators as Hitler and Mussolini!   Who is he
to judge what is constitutional and what is not!   I feel he treats the U.S. Constitution with GREAT DISRESPECT!    As I texted some from friends on the day Obamacare was passed,  “The U. S. Constitution is  NOT toilet paper!”    To me that is how Mr. Obamanation treats it!

Come on now , thats a big stretch to say he will outlaw private ownership of guns this year. I dont like the man but i dont believe that will happen this year. If it does i will not obey his unjust law
