TSA’s Endorsement of Rand Paul for President in 2016

rand-paulThis morning, Senator Rand Paul was detained by the TSA thugs at the Nashville airport because he refused to allow them to do an invasive pat down search. Senator Paul went through the scanner as required, but the thugs declared that “something was wrong with the scanner” and therefore he had to go through the pat down. Senator Paul refused. For this he was detained, and later turned back.

We all know the true reason “there was something wrong with the scanner.” Rand Paul is one of the only two members of Congress and the Senate who are indefatigable opponents of TSA and the unconstitutional law its existence is based on: The Patriot Act. The other one is his father, Ron Paul. Rand Paul did what every American who values their liberty should do: Refuse to allow an unconstitutional agency to deprive us of our constitutional liberties under the pretext of keeping us safe. We are not kept safe by the TSA. TSA hasn’t done a single thing to keep us safe. Its purpose is to keep us humiliated; and to provide government jobs for perverts. It has to go. And that’s what Rand Paul and Ron Paul are calling for. And that’s why the TSA’s actions today are simply a revenge on Senator Rand Paul for his firm stance against tyranny.

The White House immediately sided with the TSA. Of course. The TSA was a gift for the Democrats by their Republican brethren who passed the unconstitutional Patriot Act, and then renewed it. Democrats are Communists by ideology, and they need a law that will centralize all power, and subject the population to government bureaucrats. The Republicans gave it to them. Obama didn’t hesitate in putting it to use just a few months after he became President.

Most Republican representatives still support the Patriot Act. In fact, these same Republican representatives passed the NDAA which effectively destroys the habeas corpus provision in the Constitution. And of the remaining candidates for a Republican presidential nominee, three openly supported the Patriot Act: Romney, Santorum, and Gingrich. Which comes to show how far the Republican Party is from its original ideals; or even from the ideas of Ronald Reagan.

Again, Ron Paul is the only one who opposes tyranny and fights for liberty. The son learned from the father.

Conservatives have been complaining for decades now of the advance of socialism in America. And yet, they have been voting for the same GOP establishment candidates who voted for laws like the Patriot Act and the NDAA that give the Democrats the tools to advance socialism even more. It’s about time for the conservatives in this nation to put their money and their ballots where their mouth is. And vote for those politicians who defend liberty, and oppose the tyranny. If we fail to do it, we shouldn’t be surprised when one day the Commissars knock on our door. It is that simple.

America needs statesmen who will stand against tyranny. There is no point of fretting about a threat of a distant nation that can’t even produce their own gasoline and clothes, when the true tyrants are here, at home. Rand Paul proved this morning that he understands the tradition of liberty, and that he will stand for it. The TSA endorsed him for President for 2016.

    Before conservatives can "vote for those politicians who defend liberty, and oppose the tyranny" such politicians first must be on the ballot. Given that political parties select the majority of candidates for which we get to vote, how can true Constitution-loving candidates get on the ballot? There is now a practical answer to that question. It is a process (not a party) called Get Out Of Our House (GOOOH). Currently, the GOOOH process nominates candidates only for the House of Representatives, but will be expanded to include the Senate and other races in th future. Under the GOOOH process, candidates are selected by the voters themselves from among their peers in each of the 435 House districts; parties play no role at all. The candidate selected in each district then runs against the incumbent in the primary of whatever party the incumbent belongs to. For example, if the incumbent is a Democrat the GOOOH candidate will run in the Democrat primary; likewise for Republican incumbents. Due to historically low turnout in the primaries, a respectable grassroots campaign effort on the part of the GOOOH candidate has a good chance of defeating the big money advertising of the incumbent. If the GOOOH candidate defeats the incumbent in the primary, district gerrymandering then virtually guarantees that the GOOOH candidate will defeat the opponent of the other parties in the general election. GOOOH candidates have already been selected for a number of Texas races, and the other 49 states will soon be selecting their GOOOH candidates.     Have you ever noticed the little phrase at the end of an employment contract concerning the duties of your new position?

    “Other duties as assigned.”

    It’s a catch-all phrase meaning anything and everything else.

    The 9th and 10th Amendments to the Constitution have similar phrases.

    Amendment 9 – Construction of Constitution.
    Ratified 12/15/1791.
    The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
    The 9th Amendment says “others retained by the people”. This means any and every other right.

    The 10th Amendment has a phrase that says, “or to the people.”
    Amendment 10 – Powers of the States and People.
    Ratified 12/15/1791

    The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

    This means that the power given to the Federal Government is given by the Constitution. Other than those powers…the Federal Government has no other power.

    And all other power and rights shall be reserved to the States first, then to the people.

    So, the people have more rights than the Federal Government and the State Governments.

    “The People have any and every other powers or rights.”

    The question becomes then…how do we enforce our powers and our rights. The states can use nullification. Can the people? Can a single individual? I really welcome your constructive input on this topic. Thanks for reading this.

    It is like millions of people who are told by the doctor every year to give up smoking or drinking. Most of us change our habits only after we get a terrible diagnosis, and then it is often too late.

    Rand Paul's father Ron Paul is both a real doctor and a realist. He has given his diagnosis to the Nation. I bet few Americans have the courage to accept it.

    This will ensure old policies and overspending by Washington and the continued destruction of the U.S. dollar.
