Baltimore County, MD, Wants to Allow Men in Ladies Showers, Locker Rooms and Bathrooms

3419215280_39bc3818c1If you thought the incidents with Macy’s stores allowing cross dressing men in ladies fitting rooms was bad, wait till you hear what the council of Baltimore County, Maryland, is proposing.

Baltimore County lies along the northern Maryland border with Pennsylvania.  At one time, the city of Baltimore was part of the county, but they voted to make themselves an independent city in 1851, so they are no longer part of the county that mostly surrounds them.  In 2010, the US Census indicated that Baltimore County has a population of 805,000.

The county serves as the national headquarters for the Social Security Administration, and Black & Decker.  Other major employers in the county include Bethlehem Steel and the Glenn L Martin Company.

The governing body of Baltimore County is made up of a County Executive who sits over a County Council which is made up of seven council members.  They are elected in conjunction with gubernatorial elections.

Four of the seven council members have introduced Bill 3-12 which is supposed to prevent any form of discrimination against anyone on the grounds of sexual identity, orientation or expression.  According to the bill,

“Gender identity or expression means a gender-related identity or appearance of an individual regardless of the individual’s assigned sex at birth.”

The City of Baltimore has adopted a similar bill, but theirs contained exemptions covering toilet facility settings, educational and religious institutions.  The county bill has no such exemptions.

Another county in Maryland, Montgomery County, has already adopted a bill very similar to the one being proposed in Baltimore County.  Some referred to their bill as the ‘coed shower plan.’  Since Montgomery County passed their bill, they have seen an increase of rapes and sexual assaults within the county, many of which have taken place in public facilities including the Montgomery Community College, a nursing home, restaurant and hotel.

A number of county residents are not happy about the bill and the possible ramifications it could have.  Maryland Citizens for a Responsible Government (MCRG) president Ruth Jacobs, described the bill as a form of gender identity theft when she said,

“Many people believe that transgender people have had surgery to change their sex, but in most cases they haven’t.  I call them a fake female.”

The MCRG website describes the bill as,

“This dangerous Peeping Tom bill will allow cross-dressing men to enter women’s bathrooms and dressing rooms even if they are sexually attracted to women.”

As I’ve said before, gay rights activists, and I include transgender, cross-dressers and other sexual perverts in this category, don’t want equal rights, they demand preferred rights.  They want to have special status and protection that normal people don’t have because they are tired of being persecuted for their sinful and amoral lifestyles.

As a straight, happily married Christian male, I am getting sick and tired of being the victim to their preferred treatment and protection.  And as for rights, the only real right any of us have is the right to go to Hell because of our sins, and that includes EVERYONE.

It would appear that Baltimore is more in tune with the sexual identity and gender choice of masculinity than I am. Their little sissy boys want to play with a bidet? Then it's only fair that ladies be given the privilege of using a urinal while standing up.

One more try, friend, cross dressing is referred to as transvestitism, which is more appropriately labeled "transvestite fetishism, while transgender and transsexual are ambiguous terms developed by LBGT adherents and refers to those either wanting to change the occupancy of the wrong gendered body by birth, or in the process of becoming a member of the opposite sex through endocrine and surgical procedures.

My earlier post was supposed to connect to PJS's error in labeling. My comment stands, as is.

Why not..they are all gay anyway, or at least wishing they were. Look out… a Muslim male might slip into the showers and do some circumcising when no one is watching…ouch…is there a bass singer in the house?

This sounds like Baltimore county is adopting the same doctrine the Girl Scouts Of America have adopted. The GSOA have declared that little boys who wish to be girls should not be prohibited from actually becoming a Girl Scout. They say the fact their gender parts are different, doesn't mean they are not really girls, psychologically speaking of course. I understand the GSOA adopted practice as aresult of being sued by parents, who claimed their sons were actually daughters and their male parts were mistakes of mother nature or birth defects. With logic like that, one doesn't need to wonder about who they voted for to be POTUS.

Government has no place in sexual issues at all.

As for gender identity, I say "vive la difference" and that's the name of that tune.

For those poor souls that are into animals will there be a separate facility for them also? Or can you do your dog in either the ladies or mens room? Enquiring minds need to know if this will be covered also as we certainly do not want to leave anyone out!

But won't that force the ladies from their own bathrooms when all the gay glory – holers move in? What happens when a rapist realizes all he has to do is dress up as a woman to gain easy pickin's? Will the women feel safe enough not to defecate in the bushes? Everything gets very dirty, very quickly.

What is the old saying, "careful for what you wish for?" the is the logical result of the civil rights laws that were passed. We enable woman to compete in men's contact sports like wrestling. We forced woman commentators in men's locker rooms. We permitted the gay agenda to proceed with legislator fiat. We allowed coed dorms in colleges. We have Title 9 rules which force college to have woman's teams in lieu of men's teams. And we have civil rights laws that give women and minorities to preempt white males int he work place.

I don't agree with this policy – it is ludicrous. However, philosophically given the path we have taken – it is not only logical it was to be expected. Unless some of the other policies are rolled back and the legislators that enacted them are removed from office- there is no logical or legal reason to stop this.

Welcome to the Peoples Republic of MD where every type of Liberal Perversion is OK. Also the Republic is a Sanctuary state where proof of citizenship is discrimination. Moved out 34 years ago to Conservative PA. It was a great state with a proud past, but now, that has been forgotten and means nothing.

In order for the fac ists to completely take over this country they must consistently push us and shove us away from our principles. It is what they must do to crush our individual identities. What we think or feel is no longer important. Judeo Christian beliefs are not part of the collective mission. For my part, I don't want to see some fat ol toothless vagrant hanging around my ladies room because he is dressed like a woman and grinning like a Deliverance showman. Yea, I know not a very Christian thing for me to say. This article makes me very sad since I am originally from Baltimore County.
