Turning the Other Cheek: Hannity Gives Away 500 Keurigs

This is hilarious! Keurig decided that they would pull their ads from Fox News’ Sean Hannity show, after he interviewed Roy Moore on Friday.

During the interview, Moore spoke against the allegations that he had inappropriate sexual relations, denying them entirely. He said, “These allegations are completely false, false and misleading,” he continued, “But more than that it hurts me personally because you know I’m a father I have one daughter I have five grand daughters and I have a special concern for protection of young ladies. This is this is really hard to get on the radio and explain this and as these allegations are just completely false.”

The fact that Keurig pulled their advertisements from Hannity made many Conservatives angry, so they began smashing their Keurig machines and boycotting the business.

However, Hannity took a more gentle approach and posted to his website:

“To all of my supportive and devoted fans of the show, I am giving away 500 Keurig machines as a thank you for always standing by me,” it read, “The first 500 people to sign up and submit the form below will receive a brand new Keurig machine.”The site also states that Hannity accepts an apology issued from Keurig, ” We accept the apology of the Keurig CEO, and look forward to enjoying a nice cup of apolitical Joe.”Only three hours after being posted, they were bombarded with applicants and close the contest. They updated the message on their site and said, “Sorry, the contest has closed.  We will be mailing out Keurigs over the next few weeks to the first 500 entrants.  Thank you!”Wow. Talk about turning the other cheek!
