Homeland Security Promotes Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood Supporting Employee

We all know that President Barack Obama has always and still does endorse the Islamic extremists known as the Muslim Brotherhood.  When they took control of Egypt, Obama applauded their regime.  When they began to slaughter hundreds of Christians and burn their homes and businesses, Obama not only endorsed them, he defied Congress to free up millions of dollars in aid and supply them weapons to use against the Egypt’s Coptic Christians.

Obama has also hosted a number of Muslim leaders and clerics at the White House that have known connections to organizations on the terrorist watch lists.  Even his own half-brother Malik Obama works for the Syrian regime of Assad.

We also know that when Hillary Clinton served as Obama’s Secretary of State that her closest aid and confidant had a direct family link to the Muslim Brotherhood.  Huma Abedin served as Clinton’s closest confidant and had access to some of the most sensitive classified materials in the State Department.  Is it any coincidence that Abedin’s mother is a member of the Muslim Sisterhood, the female branch of the Muslim Brotherhood?

What we don’t know is how far Muslim extremists have infiltrated our government.  I know some may say they have infiltrated the White House in a big way, and obviously the State Department, but what about the rest of the government?  What about the Department of Homeland Security who is charged with keeping America safe from terrorists?

It may not help you sleep at night to know that the Department of Homeland Security just promoted a staff member who is a professed Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood supporter.  Not only that, he still openly supports ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi.

Mohamed Elibiary was first appointed to the position of Security Advisory Council in 2010 by then Secretary Janet Napolitano.  On September 12, Elibiary tweeted:

“I’m honored to be reappointed to Secretary’s Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC) and promoted to Sr. Fellow position @DHSgov #Service”

But never fear, Elibiary is such a loyal American that he would never use his position in the DHS for ill-gotten purposes, would he?

According to PJ Media, about a year after Elibiary’s appointment to the DHS Security Advisory Council, he downloaded files from the Texas Department of Public Safety and tried to sell them to a variety of liberal media outlets in an effort to defame Gov. Rick Perry and make him into an islamophobe.  Fortunately, even the left wing media shied away from Elibiary’s anti-Perry crusade.

Five congressmen including Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and Michele Bachmann (R-MN) questioned the logic or ethics of Elibiary’s appointment to his DHS position.  Their concerns were based upon his open support of the Muslim Brotherhood, which some members of Congress and others consider to be an extremist organization with terrorist ties.  Their concerns were swept to the side and labeled as being McCarthyistic in nature.

Elibiary’s photo on Twitter has a yellow box in the corner with a black hand holding up four fingers.  The Muslim Brotherhood adopted this logo to symbolize the supposed martyrdom of the pro-Morsi demonstrators killed in Cairo on August 14.  What makes this significant is that not only does it publically show his support for Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood, it goes against the standards of conduct that most federal employees are held to.  People holding public office are supposed to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of their position, but no one in the federal government is doing or saying anything about Elibiary’s outward support for an extremist organization.  I bet if someone in an equal position, would post images that were anti-Muslim, that they would be hauled on the carpet in no time.

So now you can feel all snug and secure knowing that Muslim extremists not only have infiltrated the White House and State Department, but also the Department of Homeland Security, watching out for your protection against attacks from Muslim extremists.  Have good night’s sleep!
