Immigration Officials Release Incest Child Rapist and Then Loses Track of Him

Amado Espinoza-Ramirez was originally arrested in Chicago and charged with 42 counts of predatory sexual acts.  When it became known that he was an illegal alien, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) took possession of him.  Since he had no prior criminal convictions and had fathered a child in the US (making the child a US citizen), they placed an ankle bracelet on him, set a date for his next immigration court appearance and then released him.

When Espinoza-Ramirez failed to show up for that scheduled court appearance, officials turned to the signal from his ankle bracelet to try to locate him.  They followed the signal and found the bracelet minus the person it was supposed to be on.  With an empty ankle bracelet in hand, ICE agents were left without a clue as to the whereabouts of their illegal alien.

It seems when immigration officials released Espinoza-Ramirez, it didn’t matter that he was accused of incest and child rape.  All they seemed to care about was that he had no prior convictions or immigration arrests.

Rep Lamar Smith, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, which has jurisdiction over ICE issued the following statement,

“It’s insulting to Americans that ICE deliberately released a criminal immigrant suspected of multiple counts of child rape back onto our streets. This reckless decision is ultimately a failure of the Obama administration’s lax immigration policies. And it shows that this administration is willing to put illegal and criminal immigrants ahead of the safety of our children.”

“Obama administration officials have made clear that it is not their priority to deport and detain all illegal and criminal immigrants. The administration has issued new deportation guidelines that could allow potentially millions of illegal immigrants to remain in the U.S. without a vote of Congress. And the president’s budget slashes funding for detention space and instead funds programs that release illegal and criminal immigrants into our communities.”

Rep Smith blames the release of Espinoza-Ramirez on the latest immigration guidelines that came straight from the White House.  Under the new guidelines, ICE agents have been instructed not to pursue anyone suspected of crimes not involving immigration issues.  In other words, to ICE agents it doesn’t matter if someone is on the Ten Most Wanted List if the person has no prior criminal or immigration convictions.

Since the new guidelines went into effect, other dangerous criminals wanted for a variety of violent crimes have been released by ICE agents, allowing them to move about freely in America.  Espinoza-Ramirez is just one of the latest of these wanted illegals to be released.

What’s worse is that President Barack Obama and his fellow liberal Democrats would love nothing more than to extend citizenship to the millions of illegal immigrants which would include Espinoza-Ramirez.  Since he has not been convicted of incest and child rape yet, he would be free to cast his vote of the man and the party that just gave him US citizenship without making him earn it like the millions of legal immigrants have done.

This is one of many Democratic plans to illegally purchase the votes for the November elections and I pray that members of Congress such as Rep Smith can stop it from happening.
