President Donald Trump has shown his disgust for the disrespectful NFL players who kneel during the national anthem.
Yes it is a free country and yes you are free to peacefully protest. However, when you do so during while on the clock, your employer has every right to punish or even fire you. When you’re on their clock, you’re following their rules.
The NFL has decided that it will not force players to stand for the playing of our National Anthem. Total disrespect for our great country!

The president has officially launched a petition to stand when the national anthem is playing.
The petition requests a list of supporters that believe we should stand for the anthem. You can ad your name and information to be added to the list.
Fox News Insider reports:
The president has been a prominent voice in the controversy over NFL players refusing to stand for the anthem to protest racial injustice in America.
Players across the league doubled down by kneeling, locking arms, and sometimes sitting for the anthem after the president called on owners to fire players who did so.
President Trump stated that the players kneeling have shown “disgraceful” actions. He then recalled the military veterans and spoke about the many men and women he has met that fought for our country. They are the very reason we stand for the anthem and the flag. Without them, we would not have our freedom.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said this week that “everyone should stand for the national anthem” but will not change the League’s policy to require players to stand, as the NBA does.
Trump’s petition is paid for by the Trump Make America Great Again Committee, and is found on the Republican National Committee’s website.
