Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill fact-checked CNN live on the issue of voter fraud, saying that they are “not entitled to their own facts.”
Here’s the video:
From an appearance on “CNN Newsroom” with host Brianna Keilar on 5/26/2020.
CNN hates to be confronted with facts!
Don’t worry @realDonaldTrump, WE WILL NOT have direct mail in voting in Alabama! We have provided an excuse provision for anyone that wants to vote absentee and our polling sites will be open for anyone that wants to vote in person! Keep working hard to Make America Great Again! https://t.co/SwR5Mk6fi8

A republican who fights back. Imagine that

Briana says “basically non-existent” right after Merrill SPECIFIES the existence of voter fraud, proved and convicted. You can’t make this up. Establishment media bias and obnoxiousness reigns. Good for @JohnHMerrill @HvonSpakovsky @ElectionLawCtr @johnfund

She didn’t care what he was saying. She had her answer preset before interview started.

Typical leftist argument: she makes a statement as if it’s a fact presumed by everyone

Sounds like the CNN chick is making the case for mandatory voter ID

I’m in Alabama. No one has been convicted of voter fraud who voted in person but several have been convicted of voter fraud from absentee voting. He’s right.
