Sen. Bernie Sanders shreds CEO Bob Iger’s pay and pushes Disney to use ‘Avengers: Endgame’ profit to give employees raises.
“What would be truly heroic is if Disney used its profits from Avengers to pay all of its workers a middle-class wage, instead of paying its CEO Bob Iger $65.6 million – over 1,400 times as much as the average worker at Disney makes.”

But what would be truly heroic is if socialists would stop worrying about other people’s money and start making more of their own.
CEO Bob Iger was awarded $65.6 million last year for his performance at The Walt Disney Company.
2020 Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders suggested on Twitter Monday that Disney spend its $1.2 billion in “Avengers: Endgame” profits on higher wages for the movie’s staff.
Disney’s “Avengers: Endgame” brought in $1.2 billion in just its first weekend, making it the first film in history to surpass $1 billion in its first two days, according to Vanity Fair.
Sen. Sanders responded to the film’s massive success on Twitter, urging Disney to use its profits to pay its employees “a middle-class wage” instead of overpaying its executives. He linked his comments to a Bloomberg article about the new box office record-breaker. More
Twitter chimes in:
Let me get this straight. Sanders vilifies a man and company who actually work and produce a good product. A product their customers want. Conversely, Sanders doesnt work and is part of a group that has gotten ZERO done for Americans. If this was a company, Sanders would be fired

A person’s labor is worth whatever another person who needs or wants it and the person providing the labor agree it’s worth. Leftists can’t stand this simple but true dynamic.

You seem to not understand how the markets work, more specifically how supply and demand in regard to an individuals labor skills play a massive role in their pay…

It would be truly amazing if you led by example and gave away everything you have except a middle class wage to help provide others a middle class wage.

Every time Sen. Bernie Sanders opens his mouth he reaffirms that he has absolutely no idea how money or economics work in real life. You can keep pointing your finger at others but Bernie we all know you’re a millionaire, too.
