All the TV networks have caved and will now air Trump’s address.

The big three dinosaur networks, ABC, CBS, and NBC, were considering a boycott of President Donald Trump’s border security address on Tuesday.
“According to The Hill, CNN and Fox News Channel are planning to air Trump’s address on border security, while the basic cable networks CBS, NBC, and ABC have not committed one way or the other,” Breitbart News wrote on Monday evening.
It is likely that MSNBC will also skip the address as it has for many of the president’s other public addresses.
On Monday, the White House reported that the president planned to address the nation about the situation on the border.
Trump also tweeted out a notice about his plans:
I am pleased to inform you that I will Address the Nation on the Humanitarian and National Security crisis on our Southern Border. Tuesday night at 9:00 P.M. Eastern.

This isn’t exactly a lone snub to Trump.
Back in 2014, the networks did not air one of Obama’s speeches.
Glenn Kessler noted this fact on Twitter:
Of note: All four networks refused Obama's request to air a prime-time address on proposed executive actions related to immigration in 2014; it just ran on cable. https://t.co/Vcm5IwcPZT

Of course, a main difference is that in the case in 2014, the Obama White House did not request the air time and left it up to the networks.
By the end of the day on Monday, at least one of the big three said they would carry it.
According to Michael Calderone, CBS is set to air the speech.
CBS says the address will run no longer than 8 minutes, according to the White House.

Calderone added that Fox News, Fox Business, and CNN would also air the address.
