BOOM! Trump Asks About Healthcare, ‘Why Should Congress Not Be Paying What Public Pays?’

Hallelujah! Donald Trump is fed up with the double standards and now he’s calling Congress out on it! He asked why they don’t have to participate n the Affordable Care Act, when that’s what they keep voting for the American people to have!

Trump tweeted out on Monday morning, “If ObamaCare is hurting people, & it is, why shouldn’t it hurt the insurance companies & why should Congress not be paying what public pays?”

This is a question many people, including Democrats, have been asking for a long time. However, there were plenty of negative tweets, of course! Liberals want to have their cake and eat it too.

Independent Journal Review reports:

Trump has been explicit about his frustration with the Republican-led Congress’s inability to get a repeal-and-replace legislative package on his desk to sign. Last week, the Republican effort to even pass a “skinny repeal” of Obamacare imploded in spectacular fashion.

Ted Gowdy said, “Our problem is for seven years we’ve been telling folks what we’re against and what we’re opposed to, and then we’ve had seven months to govern, and the best we can come up with is a skinny plan on 24 hours’ notice?”

Trump has made it clear that he is not a fan of the ACA, even lashing out with the pointed line, “Obamacare is death.”

What is less clear, however, is what Trump and the Republicans intend to implement to replace Obamacare, which the party has blasted for seven years as a failure.

Now that the Republican Party has control of the Senate, House, and presidency, expectations are rising for a repeal-and-replace package to succeed ahead of midterm elections.

That is making Congressional Republicans a target, even as control of the Senate seems all but assured after the 2018 elections. And the president is turning up the heat.

We need to get rid of Obamacare! Perhaps the easiest way to get Congress to actually do what is best for the people is for them to have to follow the same rules!!
