Rep. Davidson reintroduced the “Buy a Brick, Build the Wall Act” which aims to direct the Treasury Department to set up a fund allowing private citizens to make contributions to fund and maintain border walls.
“Buy a Brick, Build the Wall Act” is newly introduced as HR32. It directs US Treasury to establish a fund allowing private contributions to fund and maintain border walls. Millions of Americans agree and want to chip in to help secure our borders.”

Liberals flip out on Twitter.
Sooooo… Mexico is NOT going to pay for it? Who could have known?

So long as people are pissing their money away, I could use a new couch.

How much of it will wind up in Trump and his cronies pockets?

In an administration built on a foundation of stupid, you have just donated a hell of a lot more than a single brick.

Is there going to be a public record of all the people who actually contribute to this? Because y’all definitely need to be on some kind of list the rest of us can search. ????

Seriously, great work. I don’t think this will make you a laughingstock at all.

When can we expect your resignation, infidel?

What a horrible way to subvert the workings of government by soliciting private payment to get what you want. That’s like getting a loan from your daddy I stead of going out and earning it.

At the current donation rates it would take 650 years to raise the $5B. Keeping in mind that the actual cost of the wall is more like $25B. But let’s not get mired in the math

You mean Mexicans, right? Because I was told…
— Michael Spencer (@spencer97m) January 4, 2019
Can Mexican chip in too or this is for Americans only?
— Doli Nainggolan (@NainggolanDoli) January 4, 2019
Can’t even keep stories straight. Trump has tweeted several times “Mexico is paying through USMCA.” Now we are adding way for special interest $ to drive legislation? What could go wrong?
At the heart of this issue is dishonesty toward the American people about funding.

I live in OH and it’s absolutely garbage now. Stray outside of Columbus or Cleveland and the redneck filth are everywhere.
