CNN falsely labels Northam as ‘Republican’ during the segment on blackface-KKK yearbook photo.
CNN “mislabeled” Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam as a Republican on Friday during its segment about the Democrat’s apology for his racist 1984 medical school yearbook photo.
The photo showed two men one dressed in blackface, the other in a KKK robe but Northam never made clear which one was him.
CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360°” falsely claims that Virginia Democrat Governor Ralph Northam is a member of the Republican Party
Watch the Chyron at the bottom as they show the video of Northam.

Cable channel CNN misidentified Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam, embroiled in a scandal surrounding a decades-old racist photo, as a Republican.
The Democrat apologized Friday night for a photo on his 1984 medical school yearbook page that depicts him wearing either blackface or a Ku Klux Klan robe and hood.
But during “Anderson Cooper 360,” a chyron — the text that appears at the bottom of the screen — identifies Northam with “(R)” after his name.
The incorrect party label appears for less than 15 seconds over the apology video Northam posted to Twitter. More
Not only did Northam dress like that – he selected it for his personal yearbook page. It’s not like a drunken party or bad judgement for a silly costume party. That took thought! Of all the photographs – that’s how he wanted his classmates to remember him so – let that sink in!

I’m not too surprised CNN got this wrong. They continually label themselves a news organization and we all know that’s a load of bull.
CNN is the network that promotes the hashtag #FactsFirst, but what a joke. CNN peddles Fake News. Yet another example of how clueless they really are!
Manufacturing and broadcasting unrelenting propaganda to elicit division and emotional disturbance.

CNN took advantage of people who weren’t up to the minute on the story and who would see the (R) and not question it. That was deliberate.

Exactly. More propaganda to move the perception against Republicans in a negative way.

What do you expect it’s CNN. They don’t report news they make it up to fit their agenda. They are fake news.
