Kellyanne Conway is tired of hearing the droning on of Hillary Clinton’s self righteous rants about women’s rights. Conway says that Clinton is nothing but a hypocrite when it comes to women’s empowerment.
For example, Conway pointed out the fact that it was five days, nearly a week, before Clinton finally came forward to make a statement about her good friend Harvey Weinstein and his sexual harassment.
This is ironic since it took her less than 24 hours to call upon gun control after the Vegas massacre. If it fits her agenda, then she will speak about it profusely.
When she finally did make a statement about Weinstein, it was weak to say the least. She said, I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein. The behavior descried by women coming forward cannot be tolerated. Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior.”
The kind of behavior that her husband displayed when he was president, right?
Fox News Insider reports:
Conway said that for a presidential candidate who ran largely on women’s issues and women’s empowerment, five days is a long time to wait to denounce Weinstein’s alleged behavior.
She added that prominent Democrats who accepted donations from Weinstein have subsequently given that money to charity, but it appears that Clinton has kept the “dirty money that dirty Harvey has given her.”
Conway said, “She needs to not be a hypocrite about women’s empowerment and what it means to be pro-woman,” and spoke about how Clinton slammed Trump during the election for the “11-year-old audio tape” when he made a crude joke about grabbing a woman by the “p*ssy.”
She pointed out that Clinton is on a book tour talking about herself and why she thinks she lost the 2016 election.
Conway added, “She’s not talking about women’s empowerment, she’s not trying to help victims of sexual assault.”
Conway said she welcomes working with Clinton on those issues in a bipartisan fashion, but she’s heard nothing from her.
