New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, who is running for president as a Democrat, launched an obscenity-laced attack on Christians this week.
Booker was disgusted by Christians who offer “thoughts and prayers” when something tragic happens. Specifically, he was incensed that Christians were praying for those injured during the recent shooting at a Colorado school.
“So, when I’m president of the United States, I’m taking the fight to this issue like folks will never seen before because we’re better than this as a country,” Booker said according to The Blaze.
“We’re not gonna give thoughts and prayers, which to me is just bulls**t and I’m sorry to say that as a man of faith, but I was taught that faith without works is dead,” Booker added, quoting the New Testament.
“We’re gonna bring a fight with everything that I have to solve this problem because it’s solvable,” he concluded.
Cory Booker says thoughts and prayers are "bulls***"
The Democratic Party has gone from mocking us for "clinging to guns or religion" to saying we will take your guns and your religion is "BS." Beyond offensive.

Booker recently got himself in a pickle when he proposed that gun owners must be forced to turn in their guns, but then he didn’t have the spine to say that he would arrest gun owners who won’t turn them in.
Booker is getting almost no traction in the 2020 race for president. According to the Real Clear Politics averagee the New Jersey Sen. is struggling at the bottom of the field ranking in with a tiny 2.5 percent.
It isn’t likely he’ll ever get much higher than that, either.
But, his attack on the Second Amendment won’t help him with the bulk of America.
But Booker needs a big hit, something to get him noticed. Apparently, he is banking on the left’s hate for our Constitutional rights to be that boost. But even so, he’s obviously unwilling to take his attack on the Second Amendment all the way to its logical end… or at least won’t say it out loud.
The Washington Free Beacon’s Mikhael Smits tweeted Booker’s CNN clip and said: “Cory Booker won’t say whether he’ll jail Americans who refuse to surrender firearms they lawfully purchased if he’s president.”

In the clip, CNN’s Poppy Harlow asked Booker if he agrees with leftist nut Eric Swalwell who wants a forced gun buy-back program that would result in jail for gun owners who don’t want to give up their guns.
Booker tried to avoid the question to start with saying, “the critical thing is I think most Americans agree that these weapons of war should not be on our streets.”
Before we go on, this leftist “weapons of war” trope is an outright lie. NO GUN being sold to Americans is a “weapon of war.” Most of these lie-filled liberals are calling rifles like the AR15 a “weapon of war.” But the fact is, no nation on earth (including the U.S.A.) uses any rifle like the AR15 as a military weapon of war. Not. A. Single. One.
Anyway, Harlow did not let Booker get away with his non-reply.
“But would you prosecute people?” Harlow asked. “Do you support the government buying them back and if not, potentially people could go to jail if they don’t want to sell them back? Yes or no?”
Booker again tried not to answer the question.
“Again, we should have a law that bans these weapons and we should have a reasonable period in which people can turn in these weapons,” Booker said. “Right now, we have a nation that allows in streets and communities like mine these weapons that should not exist.”
But the inescapable fact is, if Booker gets his way these guns will be illegal and that means anyone who wants to keep these weapons will be outlaws that by necessity will have to face arrest.
Booker doesn’t want to say it out loud. But his policies would necessarily mean that he wants to jail gun owners.
