Coulter Claps Back: ‘If We Aren’t Getting Wall, I’d Rather have President Pence’

Oh snap. Ann Coulter is clapping back at the murmurs of President Trump possibly giving up the border wall in a deal with the Democrats.

She said that she would rather have Vice President Mike Pence as our president if Trump is going to cave on this promise.

“The wall will come later,” Trump said as he departed the White House to travel to Florida to survey the Hurricane Irma recovery efforts. “We’re right now renovating large sections of wall, massive sections, making it brand new. We’re doing a lot of renovations. We’re building four different samples of the wall to see which one we’re going to choose, and the wall is going to be built. It’ll be funded a little bit later.”

Some Republican lawmakers expressed dismay at Trump working with Democrats on immigration and apparently putting one of his signature campaign promises on the back burner.

She tweeted:

However, I wouldn’t worry too much folks. Papa Trump is taking care of us. He has a plan in place and has said that we WILL be getting the wall. Thursday morning Trump said,  “We have to have the wall. If we don’t have the wall, we’re doing nothing.”

He added, “If I don’t get the wall, then we will become the obstructionists.”
