After arguing, the woman allegedly shot her husband.

The two were having serious marital problems and police say they were “estranged” at the time of the shooting.

“She told him over and over again to stop, and he said he would but went right back to doing it…she lost her mind,” attorney Bill James told the media.

Patricia took Frank’s love of porn as a “personal affront to her and her God” James said added.

Police say that after she shot her husband she called the police.

When police arrived they found Frank lying on the floor of his shed outside the house.

Emergency services rushed the victim to a hospital, but he died soon after.

Frank died of a gunshot would to the leg and upper body, police said.

Patricia Hill is now on trial for the shooting.
