The fake news media is desperately trying to turn the arrest of pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein into “proof” that Donald Trump is evil. You heard that right, close Clinton pal Epstein is being used by the media to attack Trump. But don’t fall for it. Trump never had much contact with the pedophile.
Jeffrey Epstein is infamous for running a plane called “the Lolita express” because he allegedly always had underage girls on the plane to be used for sex by his high-dollar friends.
It is well established that Bill Clinton was a frequent flier on this plane and that Clinton visited Epstein’s private island many times for parties. Epstein was also a big donor to the Clintons and he even bragged once that he was an important part of the sham Clinton foundation.
But the media is now trying to ignore Clinton’s close ties to Epstein and make the news of his arrest all about Trump.
Here are a few examples:

Jeffrey Epstein's arrest makes uncomfortable reading for President Trump and his labor secretary Alex Acosta. And the U.S. Attorney’s office in Manhattan has put its public corruption unit — not its human trafficking team — in charge of the case https://t.co/7y7SF9nOsw

Alex Acosta is Trump’s Secretary of Labor. He gave a child molester a sweetheart deal—and we’ve known this for a while. Why Democratic leadership hasn’t given Acosta more than a gentle shove is beyond me. They have another chance now with Epstein’s arrest. https://t.co/7DUQIs3r9F

This is all fake news.
Meanwhile, nearly every major news outlet is ignoring the Clintons and their deep connection to the criminal.
While the Clinton ties to Epstein is deep, the ties to Trump are superficial.
In fact, Bradley Edwards, an attorney for some who claim to be Epstein’s victims, said in a recent interview that Trump was the only person in the upper circles who went out of his way to help Epstein’s victims. Trump even banned Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida “because Epstein sexually assaulted an underage girl at the club,” according to court filings.
“The only thing that I can say about President Trump is that he is the only person, who in 2009, when I served a lot of subpoenas on a lot of people, or at least gave notice to some pretty connected people, that I wanted to talk to them. He is the only person who picked up the phone,” Edwards said.
Edwards also said that he didn’t think Trump was involved in any of Epstein’s crimes.
Trump’s Department of Justice also took actions against Epstein by taking a look at his former plea deal that helped him get out of previous charges.
Even Trump critic Sen. Ben Sasse said that Trump deserved credit for going after Epstein.
“The victims of Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring deserve this investigation – and so do the American people and the members of law enforcement who work to put these kinds of monsters behind bars,” Sasse wrote in February. “Parents should be grateful for the men and women at the DOJ who are committed to transparency and accountability and for the soon-to-be Attorney General who is committed to pursuing justice.”

Would Trump’s administration have done any of that if Trump was somehow just as close to Epstein as the Clintons?
A lot is being made of the fact that Trump once said something nice about Epstein. Back in 2002 Trump allegedly said, “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”
To this, we can only say… so what? By now, we all know that Trump lavishes praise on everyone until he decides they are an enemy. He glad-hands everyone he thinks could be an ally. His praise does not in any way mean that he was actually close to, or even friends with Epstein.
In the meantime, according to court filings, Clinton flew on Epstein’s “Lolita express” on no less than 26 occasions! On the other hand, there is no such proof that Trump was that close to the pedophile. And yet, the media can talk of nothing else but Trump and Epstein! Talk about media bias.
The facts seem to say that Trump never had any substantial ties to Epstein. Indeed, he is not even known to have been around Epstein very often. Epstein is a billionaire. He was, of course, at parties and events over the years where Trump was in attendance. But they were not there “together.”
The facts show that Donald Trump is only a casual acquaintance of Epstein while Bill Clinton was so close that he visited Epstein’s private island on many occasions. If there is a story about links to presidents, the real story is about the links to Bill Clinton. Not Trump.
