Federal Court Upholds Ohio Law Limiting Funding for Planned Parenthood

In a ruling sure to infuriate Democrat infanticide lovers everywhere, a federal appeals court has upheld an Ohio law that restricts state funding going to abortion mill operators Planned Parenthood.

The ruling opens the door for other states to pass laws that put an end to public money going to support the baby killing organization.

The 11-6 ruling of the full 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a ruling by a lower court that would have forced the state to continue funding Planned Parenthood.

“The Ohio law does not violate a woman’s right to obtain an abortion,” Judge Jeffrey Sutton, appointed by former President George W. Bush, wrote for the majority. “It does not condition a woman’s access to any of these public health programs on refusing to obtain an abortion. It makes these programs available to every woman, whether she seeks an abortion or not.”

This case is a perfect example of why Trump has become one of the most consequential presidents in modern times because the 6th Circuit in Cincinatti is now majority leaning to the right and is headed by four judges that President Trump nominated to the bench.

Naturally the baby killers were incensed at the ruling and absurdly claimed that the the ruling will hurt “women’s health.”

“It is unconscionable that politicians continue seeking to restrict people from accessing essential health care — which is a human right,” Wen said in a statement. “We know the consequences: it’s people’s health and their lives at stake.”

Say it with me, folks… abortion IS NOT healthcare.

The law in question:

The law, passed by the state legislature and signed by Republican Gov. John Kasich in 2016, prohibits the Ohio Department of Health from providing funds distributed through six government-sponsored programs to organizations that perform nontherapeutic abortions.

Naturally, the law was immediately challenged by the liberals.

Let’s hope this is only the start of laws putting and end to public funding for Planned Parenthood.
