Firefox’s Mozilla CEO is About to Meet the Gaystapo

World magazine reports that “Tech company Mozilla’s new CEO [Brendan Eich] won’t have his job for long, if same-sex marriage supporters have anything to say about it.”

Here we go again. The tolerant Gay lobby is about to bury the reputation of a business leader who had the audacity to believe in what is called “traditional marriage,” that is, the marriage of one man to one woman, and be public about it.

In 2008, Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich gave $1,000 to the campaign to pass Proposition 8, the constitutional amendment that banned same-sex marriage in California. To a homosexual, it was like he gave money to Adolf Hitler or the Grand Kleagle of the KKK.

The homosexual lobby has turned on its attack machine. They want Brendan Eich gone. There’s a long history of pro-homosexual intolerance. Freedom of thought and express were only operational when homosexuals were working their way up the political food chain.

Other supporters faced the wrath of the Gaystapo for their support of Proposition 8.

Peter Vidmar, a double gold-medal winner in the 1984 Olympics in gymnastics, was forced to resign as Chairman of USA Gymnastics. Why? Because in 2008 he donated $2000 to support Proposition 8. The homosexual defamation machine went into action and put pressure on the Olympic Committee and its sponsors. The blacklist lives!

A letter writer to the San Francisco Chronicle who supported Prop 8 was intimidated when Internet search engines were used “to find the letter writer’s small business, his Web site (which included the names of his children and dog), his phone number and his clients. And they posted that information in the ‘Comments’ section of — urging, in ugly language, retribution against the author’s business and its identified clients.”

A San Antonio, Texas, same-sex ordinance will have the effect of discriminating against job applicants because of their views on same-sex sex.

Senior Master Sergeant Phillip Monk, who served as a First Sergeant at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, and is a 19-year veteran, was punished by his commander for declining to affirm homosexual marriage.

Homosexuals called for a boycott of Orson Scott Card’s film version of Ender’s Game because of Card’s anti-same-sex views.

A number of pro-homosexual groups and their advocacy organizations are calling on their supporters to switch to drop Firefox and switch to a different web browser. Of course, they’re free to do that, and so are we.

The way this usually works, the pro-traditional marriage guy will be made to apologize, state that he’s not “homophobic,” and make it evident that he’s not a bigot. If he doesn’t get his mind right, he’ll be gone.

I already use Firefox. If you’re not a Firefox user and you’ve always wanted to try it, show your support for Brendan Eich, try Firefox (it’s free), and let the folks at the company know you stand with him.

Let’s beat back the Gaystapo.
