Governors Refusing to Accept Syrian Refugees

Nearly two months ago I wrote that Secretary of State John Kerry was opening the doors to allow ISIS terrorists into the US. His plans are to allow 85,000 refugees into the US in 2016. Syrian refugees would account for 10,000 of those refugees with even more allowed in 2017.

Kerry said that they would take every measure possible to thoroughly checkout every refugee before allowing them into the US. The really scary part of this is knowing that the same government people are the ones that have thoroughly vetted the nearly 20 million illegals that Obama wants to allow to stay in our country. Among them have been numerous gang members and criminals who are robbing, beating, physically and sexually assaulting, raping and killing American citizens. These are the same people that decide to release 100,000 illegals back into our neighborhoods that were convicted of felony crimes.

Last Friday, my warning was proven true when 8 ISIS terrorists launched six coordinated attacks on Paris which killed nearly 130 people and wounded another 350. Upon investigation, French officials discovered that at least one of the terrorist attackers is believed to have entered Europe and then France by hiding among thousands of Syrian refugees. He had a fake passport that allowed him entry into France.

This is exactly what I and others have been warning would happen for the past two months. In the wake of this alarming news, the Obama administration announced that they intend to move forward with their program to accept thousands of Syrian refugees. On Sunday, Ben Rhodes, White House Deputy National Security Advisor spoke about the Syrian refugees already allowed to relocate here, telling Fox News:

“We had very robust vetting procedures for those refugees.”

Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee Rep. Mike McCaul (R-TX) disagrees with Rhodes, saying:

“I disagree. I’ve been briefed by the FBI and Homeland Security. They tell me that this cannot be done.”

“We don’t have the databases.”

“Paris changes everything. There are a lot of holes — gaping holes.”

A few governors also don’t trust the robust vetting procedures being used by the department of Homeland Security. On Sunday, Gov. Rick Snyder of Michigan announced that his state would not accept any Syrian refugees, saying:

“Michigan is a welcoming state and we are proud of our rich history of immigration, but our first priority is protecting the safety of our residents.”

“It’s also important to remember that these attacks are the efforts of extremists and do not reflect the peaceful ways of people of Middle Eastern descent here and around the world.”

Michigan has already received nearly 2,000 refugees in the past year. About 200 of those are from Syria.

I was surprised by Snyder’s actions to block Syrian refugees since Michigan is home to one of the largest, if not the largest concentration of Muslims in the nation. They already have control of Dearborn and rapidly gaining control of other Michigan cities.

Joining Snyder is Alabama Governor Robert Bentley who also announced that he would not accept any Syrian refugees in his state. Officials report that no Syrian refugees have been relocated in Alabama to date. Bentley told the media:

“[a]fter full consideration of this weekend’s attacks of terror on innocent citizens in Paris … I will not stand complicit to a policy that places the citizens of Alabama in harm’s way.”

Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana has also raised concerns about the danger of accepting Syrian refugees. He wrote a letter to Obama which reads in part:

“Louisiana has been kept in the dark about those seeking refuge in the state. It is irresponsible and severely disconcerting to place individuals, who may have ties to ISIS, in a state without the state’s knowledge or involvement. … As governor of Louisiana, I demand information.”

Obama’s willingness to move forward with his plans to bring 10,000 or more Syrian refugees to America is another demonstration of how much he places the welfare of his Muslim friends from overseas over the welfare and safety of American citizens. He has repeatedly put American citizens in danger by his failure to enforce immigration laws and freeing thousands of convicted felon illegals back into our neighborhoods. He continued to support and provide money and weapons to Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood terrorist government even though they openly declared that America was an enemy that needs to be destroyed.

Now he is opening the door to allow ISIS and al-Qaeda terrorists to enter our country to perpetrate terrorist attacks on us like they did in Paris. He knows our government cannot fully vet every Syrian refugee, yet he doesn’t care about putting you and your family in danger. The only thing important to Obama is bringing in more of his Muslim friends in hopes that they will cast illegal votes for Democrats, just like he hopes millions of illegals will also do next November.

Obama’s actions are traitorous and criminal and he needs to be charged, tried, convicted and either given a death sentence or life in prison without the possibility of parole!
