Here are the Sex Abuse Charges Against Hypocrite ‘Porn Lawyer’ Michael Avenatti

The “creepy porn lawyer,” Michael Avenatti, came into the public eye “representing” a porn actress who accused a president of sexual abuse then burnished his creds by claiming “all women should be believed” and making accusations against a Supreme Court nominee. Then he said he wants to run for the Democrat nomination for president in 2020.

Now Avenatti is also being accused of sexual assault and is screaming from the rooftops that the woman should not be believed. Avenatti was arrested last week and charged with abusing his girlfriend, actress Mareli Miniutti.

The fledgling actress, who’s resume seems to be limited to a small part in the 2018 film Oceans Eight and three other credited bit parts mostly in Indie films, has reportedly been living with Avenatti since last January. But even in that short time she claims Avenatti beat her up several times.

For instance, the two allegedly got into an argument over money. During the argument Avenatti reportedly called the woman an “ungrateful f*cking b*tch.” She claimed he pulled her from the bed, threw things at her(including her shoes), and threw her out in an apartment complex hallway.

She says Avenatti knocked her cell phone out of her hand, and grabbed her by the “wrist of my right arm.” He dragged her out of the bed, and into the hallway, but then dragged her back into the room when she tried to get someone else to notice the abuse.

According to her court papers:

I was still partially laying on the floor in the public hallway and began ringing the bell of a neighbor’s door in the hallway for help. Respondent then yelled at me, grabbed me by the arm again, and pulled me back into his apartment. Respondent then blocked the door with his body and prevented me from leaving the apartment by holding the door shut. I screamed and asked Respondent to return my phone. Respondent refused to return my phone.

Miniutti said she got dressed and said she was going to the police causing Avenatti to plead with her not to involve the police.

She reported the incident and was escorted by security back to the apartment the next day to get her personal belonging.

Miniutti also reported a similar incident happened before:

Respondent acted in a physically violent manner towards me on another occasion in February 2018. At the time, I was living with Respondent in a different apartment in the same building. Respondent had been drinking, and he became angry at me. Respondent pushed me out of the apartment into the public hallway, where I hit my head against a door across the hallway. Respondent then threw shoes at me, striking me in the leg.

The actress also posted photos of her bruises on Twitter:

She has been afforded a temporary restraining order and a trial has been set for December.

I wonder how Avenatti feels about “believing all women” now?
