A girl is taking her high school to court saying she feels “violated” and uncomfortable with a trans student changing clothes alongside her in the girl’s locker room.
“According to that complaint, the girl was in the locker room back in September and saw the transgender student while both were undressing,” WNEP reported</>.
“I glanced down and could tell that he was wearing women’s underwear and what was underneath it,” the Honesdale High School teenager said in a recent video put out by her legal team.
Lawyers for the girl posted her testimony online as they filed the lawsuit last week.
“Opening up restrooms and locker rooms to members of the opposite sex is sexual harassment. Like most forms, the girls have little power over their situation,” said attorney Andrea Shaw.
Naturally, the school is calling the girl a homophobe, a transphobe, and all manners of evil names.
“The school’s offered solution made it clear that they believed that my client was the problem,” attorney Andrea Shaw says in the video.
Local news station WNEP had trouble finding local folks to go on TV and comment about the case, but the station reported that off camera, most of them said they agree with the girl who is suing her school over the forced transgendering.
But people are afraid to say anything in public, such is the success of both the radical gay lobby and the liberal media in pushing the transgender agenda.
