I wish I could say this is a joke, or to wake up because you’re dreaming. However, this is not a joke and you’re already awake.
Former FBI Director Jams Comey, who was fired in May, has landed his own book deal. He wants to write about his experience as the “most controversial director of the bureau in recent memory.”
Comey was fired during the FBI’s investigation of an alleged Russian Collusion. He claimed that Trump asked him to keep secrets. However, we all know that is not true because if Comey was keeping secrets for Trump, then Trump wouldn’t have fired him.
The book, Flatiron Books told the Associated Press, will focus on his handling of Hillary Clinton’s private email server investigation, as well as allegations of ties between Russia and President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
According to Flatiron, Comey will cite “examples from some of the highest-stakes situations in the past two decades of American government” and “share yet-unheard anecdotes from his long and distinguished career.”
Trump fired Comey in May, later claiming that he was angered by the FBI’s investigation into alleged collusion between Russia and his campaign.
Comey later testified before Congress that Trump asked him to end an investigation into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
I wonder if he will talk about Hillary Clinton and explain why she isn’t in prison. Or maybe he will explain why, although she was found to be wrong, he said she was innocent and wasn’t to be charged. Hmm….
Here’s the real kicker: Not only is Comey and Hillary both coming out with “tell-all” books but Comey’s is allegedly worth millions of dollars!
We can expect his piece of work next spring.
