Mother Slams Lenient Sentence For Transgender Who Sexually Assaulted 10-Year-Old Girl

A mother recently slammed the lenient sentence that the transgender sexual abuser of her 10-year-old daughter received at the hands of a Scottish court.

The mother was furious that the transgender “woman” who attacked the child in a store restroom was only sentenced to community service.

“I don’t have any confidence whatsoever that he will not go out and do something equally as bad or worse,” the woman told the Courier newspaper.

The woman’s little girl was in a store restroom when 18-year-old Katie Dolatowski, a supposed transgender woman, began demanding that the girl remove her clothing in the bathroom.

“When she came out of her cubicle, Dolatowski shoved her back in and told her there was a man outside who would kill her mother,” the paper said.

Dolatowski tried to molest the girl, but the girl fought back. The girl struck Dolatowski and ran out of the bathroom and told her father about the attacker.

Dolatowski was then arrested.

According to Kirkcaldy police, Dolatowski admitted to the crime of trying to molest the little girl.

“We were so, so lucky that nothing worse happened. It was only her reaction that stopped that. It could have been a five-year-old child that wouldn’t have been able to fight back,” the girl’s mother told the paper.

But the courts went very lightly on Dolatowski.

“Banning her from having contact with children, Sheriff James Williamson gave her what he described as a ‘stringent’ community-based sentence, allowing her to be released from Polmont Young Offenders Institution to supported accommodation,” the paper reported.

The mother was furious with the light sentence.

The court heard Dolatowski had been in the social care system since the age of three and had mental health issues.

But the mother said: “A lot of people have been in care but they do not go out and assault children.

“I don’t care that he has issues or what his background is, he is a paedophile and he has been let out on a supervision order.”

The mother added that she feels “very, very let down” by the court’s actions.
