NRSC Chief Burns Moore at the Stake: We ‘Will Never Endorse’ Him

What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Is our justice system really so tanked that we assume people guilty without due process? That’s exactly what is happening to Judge Roy Moore!

Liberals (and many Republicans too) are writing him off on the sexual allegations, even though the accusers’ allegations are falling apart at the seams!

National Republican Senatorial Committee chairman Sen. Cory Gardner claims that the committee will not ever support the Alabama Senate candidate.

According to The Weekly Standard, Gardner said, “Roy Moore will never have the support of the senatorial committee. We will never endorse him. We won’t support him.”

“I won’t let that happen. Nothing will change. I stand by my previous statement,” he continued.

Independent Journal Review reports:

Gardner’s impassioned rebuke of Moore comes days after both President Donald Trump and the Republican National Committeetossed their support, and funding in the RNC’s case, behind the Senate candidate who stands accused of touching a 14-year-old girl when in his 30s.

The NRSC chairman was an early advocate for the women coming forward with allegations against Moore, saying in November, “I believe the individuals speaking out against Roy Moore spoke with courage and truth, proving he is unfit to serve in the United States Senate and he should not run for office.”

“If he refuses to withdraw and wins, the Senate should vote to expel him, because he does not meet the ethical and moral requirements of the United States Senate,” Gardner added.

Earlier this week, Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) lashed out at his own party for backing Moore, and he even threatened to stop donating and fundraising for the NRSC if it contributes to Moore’s campaign.

Just this week, Moore’s main accuser admitted to forging part of the yearbook signature that she claims was his.
