How many crimes committed by illegals or how many of their murder victims will it take to make liberals see the danger of allowing them to remain in the US?
Another example of a vicious crime committed by an illegal alien occurred when Apolinar Altamirano shot and killed 21 year old Grant Ronnebeck in Mesa, Arizona. According to the police report, Altamirano entered a Quik Trip convenience store at 4am on Jan. 22. He dumped a jar of coins on the counter and demanded a pack of cigarettes. When Ronnebeck told the illegal that he needed to count out the money and hand it to him. Altamirano got upset and asked the clerk:
“You’re not gonna take my money.”
At this point surveillance video showed that Altamirano pulled out his gun and shot the clerk. Then he stepped over his body and took two packs of cigarettes and left the scene. Ronnebeck died from the gunshot wound.
Altamirano then led police on a high speed chase that ended up in Phoenix. When he was captured, police found the two packs of cigarettes. The illegal was arrested and has been charged with first degree murder.
What makes this case so additionally infuriating is that Altamirano should have been deported in 2012 but Obama’s leniency program allowed the illegal to remain in the country and now a 21 year old man is dead.
According to AZCentral.com:
“Federal immigration authorities launched the proceedings two years ago against Apolinar Altamirano, but he was released on a $10,000 bond shortly after his conviction on a burglary charge.”
“While Altamirano, 29, was out of custody, two injunctions against harassment were issued against him by a Mesa Municipal Court judge. ‘I am in fear for my life,’ one woman wrote, adding that Altamirano had threatened to kill her ‘plenty of times’ and pointed a gun at her boyfriend, according to court records.”
“The latest order was served on Altamirano on Jan. 19. Three days later, he was accused of first-degree murder in the slaying of Grant Ronnebeck, 21, a Quik Trip clerk who was shot to death after Altamirano dumped a jar of change on a counter at 4 a.m. and demanded a pack of cigarettes.”
Under the actual immigration laws, Altamirano should have been detained without being released and then deported at least two years ago. Had immigration authorities done their jobs, Ronnebeck would still be alive. But Barack Obama, who is illegally occupying the White House, has violated the US Constitution and took it upon himself to change federal immigration laws without going through Congress.
Ronnebeck’s family should file a wrongful death lawsuit against Obama for illegally interfering with federal immigration laws which led to the death of their loved one. Every other victim of a crime committed by an illegal should also file lawsuit against Obama. His actions are responsible for making thousands of victims out of innocent Americans and he needs to be held accountable for his actions.
