It’s hard to compare historical events, but the attack on Pearl Harbor has been compared to the attack on the Twin Towers on January 11, 2001.

Did American respond well? The Patriot Act was not the best response.

While ridiculous, it seems to fit with the way he dismisses the Islamic connection in today’s terrorist attacks. He seems to be content to blame anything and anybody except the elephant in the room.

Like so many liberals today, he most likely would have claimed that Japan had nothing to do with it. That the men who made their bombing runs were working on their own.

It seems that we’ve learned very little since 9-11.
