The extremist LGBTQ website Pink News is furious with a poll finding that 45 percent of queer men say they are supporting Donald Trump’s re-election campaign.
You might understand why the hardcore, left-wing website is so upset. It really is a bit of a slap in the face to the anti-Trump, liberal cause, isn’t it?
“A survey of around 1,200 queer male Americans found that around 45 per cent – around 540 – plan to vote for Trump,” the website reported.
The site railed on (this is hilarious): “As much as Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has netted an, albeit, slim majority of the queer male vote, securing 51 per cent, it signalled [sic] to pollsters how the president’s brand of bullish showmanship has roiled the political landscape.”
The numbers certainly do not show a majority of “queer” men supporting Trump, granted. But the number the poll found is quite distressing to leftists, nonetheless.
However, other polls do show that the race has tightened all over, not just among gays.
The most recent Rasmussen poll finds that Trump has taken a lead for the first time in the polling group’s tracking.
The new national telephone and online survey finds the president with a 47% to 46% lead over Biden among Likely U.S. Voters. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, while four percent (4%) remain undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
The race has narrowed over the past two weeks. Biden had a two-point lead last week, but that survey also marked the first time Trump had edged above 45% over the past two-and-a-half months. Prior to this week, Biden has bested Trump in every weekly survey since White House Watch began at the beginning of July.
These are all momentous findings that shows that Trump has a better chance to win re-election than the media wants you believe.
