The #WalkAway Movement of Democrats Quitting Party is Gaining Strength, 400,000 Testimonials Strong

The #WalkAway movement is gaining strength as Democrats quit their party and either sign on with the GOP or turn into independent voters. Thus far there are 400,000 testimonials from former Democrats who have quit the party.

The Walkaway movement was started by gay New Yorker Brandon Straka who realized that the Democrat Party is not only not serving its voters, but is un-American.

“It really opened my eyes to how they are manipulating minority groups, manipulating African-Americans, gay people and I wanted to do something about it so I started something called the Walkaway Campaign,” Straka recently said.

But the success has come at a cost. Straka recently found his Facebook account banned by the left-wing social media giant. Apparently he has been too successful in taking votes away from the Democrats.

Per the Observer:

On Wednesday afternoon, #WalkAway founder Brandon Straka tweeted that Facebook had “banned” him after he posted a link to the fringe conspiracy outpost InfoWars. Straka included screenshots of the messages he received from Facebook.

News of Straka’s ban was covered by The Daily Dot, along with the far-right website Gateway Pundit. His tweet with the screenshots racked up close to 9,000 retweets and was promoted by New Right Internet celebrities Jack Posobiec and Paul Joseph Watson.

“Digital fascism,” wrote Posobiec on Twitter.ook, which flagged the content as “against [Facebook’s] Community Standards.”

“I think it was completely systematic and calculated,” Straka told Observer following his tweet on Wednesday afternoon. “You’re telling me that I’m the only person on Facebook who’s used the words InfoWars? You think every person who writes the words InfoWars is getting banned?” (Straka clarified over text message that the offending post read, “Hey, Patriots! I’m going live on in 15 minutes to talk about the #WalkAway March on Washington. Tune in!”)

As soon as the firestorm hit them, though Facebook reversed its ban and reinstated Straka’s account.

Then they delivered the lie they have given so many times: “It was a mistake.”

A “mistake,” they said. But, isn’t it funny that these “mistakes” don’t ever happen to liberals. Facebook and Twitter ban conservatives, then, when caught at their fascism, they reverse their decision and claim it was all just a “mistake.”

But they never ban liberals. So, they don’t have to pretend it was juuuuust a “mistake.”
