CNN gets triggered over Trump’s joke that with the shutdown it was either order burgers or have Melania Trump and Karen Pence make some salads.
“It seems to me like the president will not be happy until there is not one single female Republican voter in the country. It’s incredibly sexist. He shouldn’t talk about the first lady in that way. We aren’t all here to make salads for men.”
Watch the CNN panel discuss President Trump’s comment in the video below. Everyone has lost their mind.
A CNN panel accused President Donald Trump of being “sexist” Monday night because the president made a joke about first lady Melania Trump making salads.
The president cracked the joke to the national championship-winning Clemson football team during their Monday visit to the White House. Trump noted that because of the shutdown, he had to personally purchase a spread of fast food for the team’s visit, and joked that his food choices were better than having the first lady make them “some quick little salads.”
CNN anchor Erin Burnett and analyst Joan Walsh accused the president of being sexist for assuming that the first lady would prepare the salads. More
The First Lady is generally in charge of these types of events, there’s nothing sexist about it. Imagine how stupid someone must be to think the ‘Second Lady” refers to Ivanka.
CNN is like a day-long SNL skit. Remember when CNN was a real news channel? Back when MTV played music videos and the History channel had shows about history. The dumbing down of America must now be complete.
😂🤣 These CNN folks have lost their minds. So according to @ErinBurnett and @joanwalsh it is now sexist for a man to say his wife “could have prepared salads”for his guests? It will always be the traditional role of the woman in the house to cook. Nothing sexist about that.
