Trump Offers to Help Mexico Wipe Out Drug Cartels After American Family Massacred

President Donald Trump has offered to lend Mexico military assistance to wipe the drug cartels “off the face of the earth” after nine members of an American family were massacred drug cartel soldiers.

The nine Americans massacred during the attack by cartel soldiers are members of the LeBaron family who were living in a Mormon compound in La Mora, northern Mexico, according to Fox News.

The family was riding in several vehicles in northern Mexico when their autos came under heavy automatic fire from the cartel cowards. When the smoke cleared, three adult women and six children were dead.

Mexican police are operating on the idea that the religious group’s convoy was attacked due to a case of mistaken identity. The victims all have dual U.S.-Mexican citizenship and were headed to the U.S.A. when attacked.

Julian LeBarón, a cousin of the three murdered women, says that he was told that the car Rhonita LeBaron was in broke down and was then found by a carload of cartel soldiers. The drug dealers attacked the car, shooting and killing all inside including several children, and then set the car on fire.

Once the other vehicles came to the scene each was attacked in turn, the man said. “Six little kids were killed, and seven made it out alive,” he added.

Fox identified the victims:

Among those killed were Rhonita Maria Miller, 30, and her four children Howard, 12, Krystal 10, and 8-month-old babies Titus and Tiana. Her burned-out bullet-ridden SUV was reportedly found outside the town of Bavispe, where the settlement is located.

Also killed were Christina Marie Langford Johnson, 31, Dawna Ray Langford, 43, and two of her children Trevor and Rogan, ages 11 and 2.

Several other children survived the attack, including Faith Johnson, Christina’s 7-month-old daughter, who was found in her car seat, seemingly put on the floor by her mother, unharmed.

Trump quickly responded to this outage by offering help to Mexico wipe out the drug cartels.
