The long-running Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has been canceled because it is too hetero and does not have enough transgenders.
L Brands, the company that owns the famed lingerie company, canceled the show to “evolve the messaging of [the company],” according to Fortune magazine.
“We will be communicating to customers, but nothing similar in magnitude to the fashion show,” CFO Stuart Burgdoerfer told representatives of the company.
“Unfortunately, the Victoria’s Secret show won’t be happening this year,” said lingerie model Shanina Shaik. “It’s something I’m not used to because every year around this time I’m training like an Angel.”
The fashion show has come under fire by radical “woke” activists from those looking to add fat models, to those who want gay and transgender models.
Last year, for instance, Ed Razek, VS’s former chief marketing officer, came under a cloud for saying there was “no room” for plus-sized models on the Victoria’s Secrets model runway.
The company made an effort to appease radical transgender activists by hiring their first trans model in August of this year.
The company has also come under fire for pushing an “outdated” sense of beauty.
You know, if you think “outdated” is, you know, actual beauty.
In any case, it appears that leftists have nearly succeeded in destroying another aspect of American life.
