Several lifelong Democrat voters are now speaking out about their support of Donald Trump.
The two voters appeared on CNN recently and you can bet the show’s producers were losing their mind in an effort to get these guys off the TV.
The two voters had two different ideas about why they supported Trump.
One said that he was supporting Trump because of the roaring economy while the other said that Trump should be supported because he has been keeping more promises than any other president.
Appearing with CNN’s Alisyn Camerota, Joseph Dixon, a voter who hails from Indiana, said that President Donald Trump has kept many of his promises while in office. “Look at the results already,” he said.
Meanwhile, Michigan voter Catherine Bolder celebrated President Trump’s amazing economic record, saying, “I have hope for my son’s future.”
Remember, it was Michigan, in part, that gave Donald Trump his victory in 2016. It was also tens of thousands of Democrats who crossed the aisle in states such as Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Florida that gave Trump the White House.
Trump has to keep these states in his win column in 2020 if he expects to be reelected.
But if these two are in any way representative, those who voted for Trump before don’t seem all that annoyed with him. At least not enough to turn against him in 2020.
There does not seem to be any lack of support from those who already voted for him.
