Al Sharpton is the president of the civil rights organization National Action Network. If you visit his website on the About page, it states:
“National Action Network is one of the leading civil rights organizations in the Nation with chapters throughout the entire United States. Founded in 1991 by Reverend Al Sharpton, NAN works within the spirit and tradition of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to promote a modern civil rights agenda that includes the fight for one standard of justice, decency and equal opportunities for all people regardless of race, religion, nationality or gender.” [Emphasis mine]
If he follows his own website, then why does he only show up and through gasoline on the racial hatred fires when a black person is killed by a white person?
Over the past several decades, it seems the only times we see Sharpton is when a white person kills a black person or when he’s filing one of his dozens of frivolous lawsuits. (He trained his daughter well as last year she filed a lawsuit against the city of New York after twisting an ankle while walking on a sidewalk.)
But when have you ever seen Sharpton show up on the scene when a black person kills a white person?
Case in point was the recent shooting death of 20-year-old Sara Mutschlechner, a junior at the University of North Texas. She had attended a New Year’s Eve party but did not drink since she was the designated driver. After leaving the party, an SUV with 5 or 6 blacks pulled up alongside Mutschlechner’s car. After words were exchanged, one of the black occupants of the SUV fired several shots into her car, causing it to lose control and hit a tree. When first responders arrived on the scene, Mutschlechner was found on the ground with a bullet wound to the head. After being rushed to a local hospital, the young coed was pronounced dead. Police are searching for the SUV and the identities of those inside it.
My heart goes out to the Mutschlechner family as they grieve for their slain daughter.
But where is Al Sharpton? Why isn’t he strutting around in Texas screaming racism and condemning the blacks who senselessly murdered a white college student? He marched around Ferguson, Detroit, New York and many other places screaming black lives matter, but not once have I ever heard him even whisper that white lives matter.
Sharpton’s silence on the murder of Sara Mutschlechner shouts his racist hatred for whites. It also demonstrates that his civil rights organization is nothing more than a hypocritical organization that promotes racial hatred in America. If they gave out an award for being the most racist public figure in America, Al Sharpton would undoubtedly be a repeat winner.
