Will Congress Repeal ObamaCare? Trump Thinks There’s a ‘Very Good Chance’

Could this be it? Could the RINOS and swamp creature finally be pulling their heads out of their rumps long enough to repeal ObamaCare? I hope so! ‘Cause Obama-sure-don’t-care!

President Donald Trump seems confident in the repeal, and says that he thinks there is a “very good chance” that it will happen.

“It has a very good chance,” Trump told reporters when asked if the proposal will pass.

The president said the Senate GOP measure has “47 or 48” votes and claimed that “a lot of” other senators “are looking at it very positively.”

Trump and his team are putting their full weight behind a bill sponsored by Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Bill Cassidy (R-La.) as a last-ditch attempt to repeal former President Obama’s signature health-care law.

Republicans need the support of at least 50 senators to pass the bill. In that scenario, Vice President Pence would cast the tie-breaking vote.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) hopes to put the bill on the floor for a vote next week, but currently does not have enough votes to pass it.

Trump hopes that our elected officials will feel “compelled” to finally repeal because the “train wreck” of ObamaCare is “only getting worse.”

Trump said, “It’s dysfunctional now,” he continued, “At some point the Senate is going to be forced to make a deal. They’re just about at that point right now.”

So at this point, the focus is on our RINOS (Republicans in name only) who screwed over the American people who voted them into office by voting down the repeal of the not so “Affordable Care Act” over the summer. Those three senators are John “song bird” McCain, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski.
